We process personal data in accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We only collect data we actually need for the stated purpose. We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for advertising purposes.
If you use the contact form, we collect the following: first name, surname, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use these details solely to answer your enquiry and to arrange an initial conversation.
Providing a phone number is optional. Your enquiry is kept for as long as it takes to deal with it and is then deleted — unless it leads to a contract, in which case the statutory retention periods apply.
Note: the form is currently being finalised. Once the delivery method is fixed, this section will state which service transmits the messages.
To deliver lessons we process the information you give us: contact details, language level, learning goals and billing information. This data is used for performing the contract and for the bookkeeping required by law.
When you open this website, the hosting service automatically records technical information: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system. These logs serve secure operation and troubleshooting. They are not combined with other data sources.
This website sets no cookies for analytics or marketing purposes. No audience measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Matomo or comparable services are embedded. Your behaviour on this website is not analysed.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Opening a page therefore establishes a connection to Google servers and transmits your IP address to Google. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; transfer to the USA is possible. Further information: policies.google.com/privacy.
The contact page embeds a Google Maps view so you can find the studio at Monbijoustrasse 67. Loading the map likewise establishes a connection to Google and transmits your IP address. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (address as above).
We do not pass your data on to third parties, except: to service providers who support us in running the website or the bookkeeping and who are themselves bound to confidentiality; or where we are legally obliged to do so.
