This course is for apprentices and working professionals who have to — or want to — communicate in French on the job. School-level basics are the only requirement.

Lessons take place in small groups of 3–4 people or one to one. Content and pace are agreed together — flexible and practical throughout.

Course content

  • Client conversations and contact with suppliers in French
  • Dealings with authorities and administration
  • Business correspondence: orders, enquiries, quotations, complaints
  • Internal communication and team meetings
  • Preparing applications and job interviews
  • Vocabulary and turns of phrase specific to your sector
  • Confidence in speaking, and pronunciation
